Please fax us your order along with a copy of the deposit slip to expedite the processing of your order. You can e-mail your order but we will need to have the bank deposit confirmation before your order can be processed. We
will also accept your personal or business cheque but allowance must be
made for normal bank clearance procedure, which could delay despatch of
your goods by several days. Mail orders should be posted to: Incense Australia,

Postage:
Incense Australia uses Australia Post. All deliveries are automatically calculated using standard parcel post rates. Deliveries to all destinations
outside Australia are calculated using Australia Post current schedule
of charges and will be shown on your invoice. We use Australia Post exclusively
- they are always reliable and offer speedy delivery to most destinations.
Insurance:
Australia Post provides a very reliable delivery service within Australia,
however, if you are ordering goods for delivery outside of Australia,
you are strongly advised to insure your goods against loss in transit.
Insurance is currently AU$7.00 for shipments up to AU$500.00. Incense
Australia will not be responsible for any goods ordered and not received,
both within Australia and overseas. We will provide you with the shipping
and Customs documentation and request Australia Post investigate any claim
made but cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods posted
but not received within Australia may be subject to a claim for compensation
at the discretion of Australia Post.
Return Policy:
Our products come with a 100% unconditional guarantee. Our confidence
in the high quality of our incense products enables us to offer this guarantee
which has been in place since 2000. Your satisfaction with the items we
sell is 100% guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return
the item in undamaged condition for a full refund. We will accept one
open packet of each fragrance, the rest should be in "as new"
condition. Buyer will be reimbursed for shipping cost.
Damaged
or Defective Products:
We take extreme care in shipping your incense products. In the event you
ever happen to receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace
it free of charge as soon as you ship back the defective item. Shipping
of the replacement item is at no cost to you.
