We are an Australian business selling high quality, fresh Indian incense varieties and incense accessories online.
We have been supplying the best quality Indian incense in Australia since 1998, specialising in quality products made using all-natural plant materials from internationally known and respected manufacturers. Most of our range is hand-made, Fair Trade and organic. We have a strong following of loyal and regular customers all around Australia.

Incense Australia's website is built and hosted by SuttonNet using up-to-date secure software. Your transaction details are handled with industry standard SSL/TLS encryption. Credit card details are never downloaded to or stored on Incense Australia's computers.
Incense Australia will accept payment by debit or credit card through the PayPal facility, or by Direct Bank Transfer. If you choose the Bank Transfer option when ordering, our account details are given on your invoice.
All orders are dispatched from Monday to Thursday. Orders can be sent within Australia or internationally.

- All orders are automatically covered by insurance up to the value of $100. If you require additional insurance, this is available at check out.
- Express post is available at check out.
- All orders are subject to the carrier's delivery schedule.
- International Orders are sent with Australia Post and charges are calculated at checkout, with additional options for insurance.

- An exchange is offered for incorrectly sent goods. A refund or exchange is offered if goods are not as described.
- Goods are dispatched in good order. If they are damaged in transit, they are subject to consumer laws and a claim can be made against the carrier.
