We have been supplying the best quality Indian incense in Australia since 1998, specialising in quality products made using all-natural plant materials from internationally known and respected manufacturers. Most of our range is hand-made.

Security
Incense Australia's website is hosted by Suttonnet, using the most up-to-date secure, server software. Your transaction details are handled with industry standard SSL encryption. Credit card details are never downloaded or stored on our computers.

Payment Options
Incense Australia will accept payment by debit or credit card through the PayPal facility, or Direct Bank Transfer. If you choose the Bank Transfer option the account details are given on your invoice.

Postage
Orders are dispatched daily after receipt of payment. We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Rates are automatically calculated using standard parcel prices. Deliveries to all destinations outside Australia are calculated using Australia Post's current schedule of charges and will be shown on your invoice.

Insurance
Orders are automatically insured up to the value of $100. If your order is more than this then additional insuance is available in the shopping cart.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside Australia you are strongly advised to insure your goods against loss in transit. In the event of an uninsured loss we will provide you with the shipping and Customs documentation and request that Australia Post investigate any claim made, but cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Incense Australia will not be responsible for any uninsured goods ordered and not received, both within Australia and overseas.

Return Policy
Confidence in the high quality of our incense products enables us to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which has been in place since 1998. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the item in undamaged condition for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Products
In the event you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge as soon as you ship back the defective item. Shipping of the replacement item is at no cost to you.
