Soul Sticks

Soul Sticks, or Espiritu Del Universo, is a sacred plants incense, inspired by Natural smudging plants & herbs. 

Each Stick is pressed together and hand rolled using only natural organic ingredients. 

Once the incense is lit, Use both hands to bring the smoke into your heart, over your head and down the front and back of your body to cleanse yourself. 

Use the incense smoke as you would smudge to cleanse your house, rooms and spaces, spreading the smoke into corners and doorways.
