Returns & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for any reason before the order has left our Warehouse. A cancelation fee of 5% will be applied. If the order has already been shipped cancellation is no longer an option.
Change of Mind
There is no refund or store credit for change of mind. Only for faulty/damaged products. This includes if you believe the fragrance doesnt smell as you expected or product not functioning as you expected, only if the product is physically broken or does not work as intended.
Broken/Damaged/Faulty/incorrect products
We have a 14 day return policy. Within 14 days of receiving your order and you find something to be wrong, please contact us on info@incenseaustralia.com.au and our friendly team will assist in a refund/replacement of the defective item, if your order is deemed defective or damaged by our team. Returns/refunds will not be accepted if the item has been used or partially used, or if the item is a perishable or personal item such as soap or solid perfumes that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Lost items
if your parcel was lost in transit, this unfortunately is not an issue that is solved via incense Australia, and the designated courier will have to be contacted to open a lost parcel case. Incense Australia will only get involved if it is deemed an error on our part.
