Incense Australia will process your order in 2-3 business days from date of placing order.
When your order is lodged for shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Standard shipping can take 3-5 business days from processing, except where the courier is experiencing delays or during public holidays.
We work with trusted courier partners to get your order to you safely and on time. If there's a problem with your delivery, contact us at info@incenseaustralia.com.au and we'll help resolve it — this doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
